I went shooting at the Jefferson County (WV) fair this past week and here is the "first cut" of images from two afternoons and evenings. These were shot using a Nikon N-90s and Ilford XP-2 black and white film. After six years of shooting entirely digital, I joined a workshop/project that is required to be shot on film and the ultimate prints are to be silver prints made in a darkroom. I've taken advantage of digital technology to be able to evaluate my work and show it in a form that is much easier to deal with than 35mm contact sheets.

One of my goals in taking this workshop is to become more comfortable photographing people. I am hopeful that this demonstrates that I have made a start.
